This position is responsible for end-to-end management and operation of the credit union's CECL models, performing related support calculations, reconciliations and associated controls, and helping guide development of reserve methodology. Works closely with loan origination departments, senior and executive management on special projects and analyses. Department liaison/representative for both internal & external credit union projects and implementation of interdepartmental initiatives.
Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in economics, mathematics, finance, accounting or related field from an accredited college or university required.
Five years of progressive experience in Credit Administration/Risk Management, Accounting, or Finance required.
Two years of direct responsibility with CECL calculation within a mid-size or larger financial institution is required.
CFA, CPA, FRM, and/or PRM preferred.
Must have sound knowledge of CECL accounting standards, related regulatory guidance, and industry best practices. Must be familiar with using financial modeling applications to produce reserve calculations.
Capable of using advanced features within Excel and familiarity with and comfortable learning business intelligence tools such as PowerBI and SQL.
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, organization, multi-tasking and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.
Work Environment
This role is fully remote, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations.
