Your responsibilities

Monitoring changes in tax and accounting regulations and their implementation in the company, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and standards
Managing all accounting processes by organizing and keeping the company's accounting records
Creating accounting policy and its development as well as conduct credit control and tax policy of the company
Supervising daily accounting operations, in particular bookkeeping, control of payments and invoices, and settlement of costs and revenues
Preparing reports for the Group, including monthly results, budgeting, forecasting, budgetary control and variance analysis
Keeping close communication with external auditors and tax advisors, including preparation of materials and participation in a financial audit
Advising the management board on financial and accounting issues and participate in strategic planning and decisions regarding investments and company development
Managing the internal accounting and payroll team
Identifying the areas for improvement and implement more effective accounting procedures, including the use of technology to automate processes

Our requirements

Master's degree in the field of finance, accounting or economics
5 years of experience as a chief accountant
Proven track record in internal department building “from scratch” and with ERP software implementation (MS Dynamics preferred)
Well aware of tax and accounting regulations, and familiar with international accounting standards (IFRS)
Knowledge across audit processes and preparation of audit documentation
Proficient user of accounting software Microsoft Dynamics
Excellent leadership, team management and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage external relations
Strong organizational skills, ease of adapting to changes and ability to continuously improve and develop professionally
English language
