About the project

• Do you want to join a client-centric team, working on innovative projects based on new technologies? Société Générale Global Solution Center Poland as new, growing area of the SG Warsaw Branch is currently looking for a Functional Support Analyst.
• Credit Portfolio Management (CPM) team is an autonomous feature team working on the CPM application following the SCRUM agile methodology. Our division oversees the development and management of information systems related to structured finance activities alongside teams in other main locations: India (Bangalore) and France (Paris) to fulfil the data ambitions of SGCIB.

• Troubleshooting problems with application development and usage,
• Responding to the End Users in adherence with the SLA Process,
• Supporting L1 & L2 independently and in cooperation with other team members,
• Actively communicating with developers and Business in an international environment.
• Reporting problems and escalating to management as needed,
• Participating in testing processes’ automation,
• Improving functional knowledge on all new and old CPM features.
